Alessandro Redbone Special

The Alessandro Redbone Special is a 2 x 6550-based power amp and a 3 x 6SL7-type (all-octal) preamp. Available in both low- and high-gain versions for the ultimate jazz or rock amp! Like the Redbone Coonhound this amp will also take you from smooth, articulate and bell-like clean tones to harmonically- rich, buttery-thick distortion, all controllable from your guitar's volume knob with an even fatter musical complexity thanks to the all octal preamp. 

As is the case with all Alessandro Hi-End Amplifiers, the hand-made cabinetry is available in a stunning array of optional woods including flame maple, cherry, mahogany and walnut, to name a few.
Cabinet upgrades are all solid wood with raised laminated front panels. Other exotic hardwoods available upon request. In addition there are several component upgrades avaiable including Black Gate Filter Capacitors: $500.00 and Audioquest functionally-perfect silver wire $300.00.
