Alessandro Plott hound

The Alessandro Plott Hound is a pure, "Class A" amp which captures both the classic "English" sound and the early 50s "American" sound. It delivers sweet clean tones coupled with lush, multi-dimensional overdrive. It features a 2 x 6V6-based power amp, and a 2 x 6SL7 all-octal preamp. This is, without a doubt, an extraordinary amp, and is rapidly becoming a favorite with studio and gigging musicians alike. 

As is the case with all Alessandro Hi-End Amplifiers, the hand-made cabinetry is available in a stunning array of optional woods including flame maple, cherry, mahogany and walnut, to name a few.
Cabinet upgrades are all solid wood with raised laminated front panels. Other exotic hardwoods available upon request. In addition there are several component upgrades avaiable including Black Gate Filter Capacitors: $500.00 and Audioquest functionally-perfect silver wire $300.00.
